This Weeks Leadership Training Videos

We generally believe that the training on leadership should be serious, but really. IS THERE ANY REASON? Does this mean that people in leadership position should be NO FUN? Or more harshly, does it mean that leaders do NOT expect their employees to have fun?

As a matter of fact, (and this is evident from scientific data), people, including leaders, and people performing leadership role, learn in a better way when they have fun. Yuppers , if you expect to get people to actually keep in mind and utilize what they have learned it must be fun. So, the following list is, yes, you guessed it, a list of Fun Leadership Training Videos.

But wait, there is more, they are all mine… ya ya, I acknowledge, I am bias, but these leadership training videos are really cool (AND FREE) and they represent an experiment in what people preferred, the first one kinda slow but with animation… all the way up to the 4^th one (more yet to come) which seems to be the format most liked by everyone.
