Wanted to know the scope of Search engine marketing in India?

I have been working in the ad sales department of a online firm in mumbai. Somehow i am interested in getting into search marketing. What is the scope of this industry in India and is it a worthwhile shift ?

SEO Marketing scope in india is unlimited, but there is shortage for talented seo’s in india. presently indian firms are hiring SEO’s abroad.
